The Beach (la plage) flat owes its name to its magic location : it is on the ground floor of the guest house in Normandy (the first and second floors are separate flats); leading directly to the pedestrian seafront and the beach. It has a small private terrace, secluded from the view of seafront strollers by leafy evergreen bushes.
You can relax at home, a stone’s throw from the beach.
The entire flat looks out onto the sea and the living room has vast bay windows, allowing you to enjoy the beach at all times.
The guest house leads directly onto the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade and the beach is directly accessible through the garden. This ground floor flat offers optimum comfort for guests who have difficulties with climbing too many stairs : A few steps lead up to the flat, which is all on one level.
This flat accommodates 3 to 5 guests.
It includes a living room with a chimney, enabling guests to enjoy the view of the sit while sitting comfortably by the fireside, an unrivalled luxury. The kitchen is fully fitted, there is an elegant shower and a separate toilet.

Access by car to the closed private car-park is by the back street, adjacent to the guest-house’s side entrance, ensuring easy arrival and access to the beach without using your car.*
