The flat THE PIEDS DANS L’EAU (Toes in the Water) is located at garden level and lives up to its name : it has direct access to the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade and from the garden, leads directly to the beach.

This very comfortable flat is also suited for people who have difficulty with stairs : it includes a bedroom for 2 or 3 persons, a shower and an independent toilet.

Its vast living room has bay windows overlooking Asnelles beach.

Access by car to the closed private car-park is by the back street, adjacent to the guest-house’s side entrance, ensuring easy arrival and access to the beach without using your car.

The flat is ready for guests when they arrive. Heating is turned on before guests arrive to ensure maximum comfort.
